Just Sold in Dixieland!

Had the honor to help this investor walk through the process of selling this home all the way from Texas. They found online that we had sold numerous properties on this particular street and in Dixieland so he reached out to the local experts in the area, Lakeland Hometown Properties!

We helped guide them through the process and was able to get this one sold pretty quickly as the home has many updates from the roof and all inside. We hope the new buyers start their next chapter and have many years of happy memories at their new home.
