Here are your weekly stats for activity in Lakeland!

Homes currently for sale in Lakeland:

871–Last week we had 838 homes for sale. Inventory has RISEN a little bit lately. We will see if it stays with that trend or if demand will bring that down. 137 of those homes have their own private pool or 16% of active homes for sale.

***72 of the 871 Active homes are new construction. That makes up 8% of the inventory. The new home construction in Lakeland is not nearly as high as in the rest of the county and is stable in that range. 142 homes were built in 2020 or newer which is 16%. Polk County’s new construction is exploding and 1,439 of the 5,333 active homes(27%) are new builds and 2,121(40%) were built in 2020 are newer.
